To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful experience for all passengers, every guest is expected to conduct themselves appropriately throughout the duration of the trip.

By participating in this excursion, passengers agree to the following:

1. Respect Others: Treat fellow passengers, the driver, tour host, venue staff, and the general public with courtesy and respect at all times. Harassment, discrimination, threats, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

2. Follow Instructions: Passengers must comply with all instructions provided by the driver and tour host regarding safety, boarding times, departure times, and trip procedures.

3. Punctuality: It is each passenger's responsibility to return to the designated departure location at the scheduled time. The vehicle will depart as scheduled. The company is not responsible for passengers who fail to return on time, and no refunds or transportation accommodations will be provided.

4. Alcohol and Intoxication: Responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages is expected. Passengers who are visibly intoxicated, disruptive, or whose behavior poses a risk to themselves or others may be denied boarding or removed from the trip without refund.

5. Illegal Drugs and Prohibited Items: The possession, use, or distribution of illegal drugs or other prohibited substances is strictly forbidden. Weapons, illegal contraband, or any dangerous items are prohibited unless otherwise permitted by law and approved by the transportation provider.

6. Smoking and Vaping: Smoking and vaping are prohibited on the vehicle unless expressly permitted by law and the transportation provider.

7. Damage to Property: Passengers are financially responsible for any damage they intentionally or negligently cause to the vehicle or its equipment and may be held liable for repair or replacement costs.

8. Cleanliness: Please help keep the vehicle clean by disposing of trash properly and avoiding actions that create unnecessary messes or odors.

9. Personal Responsibility: Passengers are responsible for their own belongings, purchases, gaming activities, identification, medications, and personal expenses. The company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

10. Right to Refuse Service: The company reserves the right to refuse transportation or remove any passenger whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, illegal, or interferes with the comfort and enjoyment of others. Such removal will be at the passenger's own expense and without refund.

 

By booking and participating in this trip, each passenger acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Passenger Conduct Policy. Failure to comply may result in removal from the excursion, forfeiture of trip fees, and denial of participation in future trips.
